Final walk through day and Mother Nature had other plans.

Today’s walkthrough for my buyer felt more like stepping into a full on monsoon lol 🌧️. I was soaked but even the heavy rain couldn’t slow us down.

Despite the storm, the home was in excellent shape, every repair completed, everything functioning as promised, and the property in the same great condition since our last visit. This is the part of the process where preparation, communication, and follow through make all the difference.

Now we’re fully green lit for closing. Onward to the finish line. 🔑🏡
