For years, SUN DEVIL AUTO in SUN LAKES had a reputation that wasn't always positive, but my experience has been just the opposite. After they changed ownership a few years ago, I decided to give them another try.
Since then, they've completed several repairs on our purple STAY OFF THE LADDER truck with honesty and integrity.
Most recently, the interior driver's door handle broke off, making the door difficult to close. I brought it in to see if it could be fixed.
The manager, Randall Foster, explained that corporate required me to pay for the part, but if I purchased it, he would waive the labor charge to help support our community service project. He even referred me to a source to buy the used part.
A couple of months later, I had the part shipped to their Riggs Road location. True to his word, Randall took care of the repair exactly as promised.
What impressed me most wasn't the discount—it was his integrity and generosity. In today's world, keeping your word and caring about your community still matter.
