This legal news is near and dear to me because I personally oppose any horrid changes to environmental regulations that harm our environment. My personal opinion is that the environment needs to be protected and endangered species need to be protected.

Interesting. States Attorney is making this political, when he really should be mad at the Judge or himself. It is the Judge, not the Safe-T Act, that is releasing this individual. There are provisions regaridng safety to community that could keep this individual in custody. How is the States Attorney managing to lose this argument?
