Thanks to Dr. Isaac Jones for letting us help him get his company ownership structure set up the way he wanted. Dr. Jones has Farm & General Veterinary Services, Farm & Friend Barnyard Boarding and Seven Arrows Livestock Services and Seven Arrows Ranch, each of which is a limited liability company. Dr. Jones let us help him restructure the ownership of those companies to optimize his legal protections.

Jefferson is the only county in Alabama comprising two separate judicial circuits. This was our second time appearing in Criminal Court for the Bessemer Division of Jefferson County Circuit Court. I forgot to post the first time.

Our client has a petition for relief from conviction or sentence, also known as a Rule 32 petition. We handle a lot of these. I handled these cases for the DA's Office for 24 years, so I got to learn a few things about them.

Every adult in the United States needs these three documents. If a person doesn't have these documents, somebody else could be making decisions about their property or their health care, and it could be somebody the person never met.
