CONNECTING CLEMSON! 👟 Tottie's Connector is the latest addition to the ever-growing Green Crescent Trail, made possible in part by a $100,000 grant from the South Carolina Recreational Trails Program (SCRTP). This strategic link serves as a new connection between Ashley Dearing Park and Tottie's Place, following the creek between the two parking lots.
While the trail improves mobility, it was also designed to significantly enhance drainage in the parks, including the right-outfield of the Ashley Dearing baseball field. ⚾ This drainage solution will greatly improve playing conditions.
As a priority in the City's Bikeways Plan, the Tottie's Connector marks our third successful SCRTP grant, continuing a track record of park improvements. And we're not done yet! By creating the Tottie's Connector, we are perfectly positioned for more connections in the future.
