December was my best month so far. Between the notaries and the field inspections, we were busy. Starting a new business just takes time and effort and lots of focus. I think that is what has got me where I am today. In any kind of service business, you have to prove to others that you can do what you say you can do. So you are better off starting slow for a few months but then pour it on. You have built up your confidence up and you are ready to face the world.

Well it seems to be getting busier did a job Friday what they call a ReFi took about 1.5 hours and today a
Cash Buyer Signing which was a piece of cake I would love to do a million of those.

Yesterday I did a debt consolidation signing it was easy and would love to do a lot more of those... Pay was good and expenses were down... Win win so as a notary and signing agent you will pick up tons of different jobs.

Hey everyone I would like to share with you some of my experiences of being a public notary of Florida throughout time as thing happen. I live in Sumter county and do the surrounding county's. Some of Marion, Some of Polk, Some of Citrus, Some of Hernando, Some of Pasco All of Lake and Sumter county's.
This is my stomping grounds. I am a mobile notary if you didn't get that.. Let me tell you about my first job it was a marriage ceremony in a park in lake county. I mess up a little on the last line of the young lady and suddenly my mouth was super dry. Thank God she made a joke about it and I got a drink after that. I wasn't to nerves till that happen just didn't want to mess up her big day.... Life of a notary...
