If you’re new to buying in Colorado or moving here from out of state, here’s a helpful heads-up. 🤠🏔️

Real estate here can feel a bit like the Wild West, especially when it comes to how square footage shows on listings. Two homes can both say “2,500 sq ft” and not actually have the same amount of finished living space. Be aware when comparing properties when searching.
