YOU SELL IT! WE WILL CLOSE IT!
Professional, local & licensed with 25+ years experience.
No matter how you sell your house, we can close it.
All we need is a signed and accepted Purchase Contract and we can take it from there.
We have worked in the abstracting, mortgage loan closings and real estate arenas in the past so we know the business, the players and how to get things done!
We will:
Review and abide by the terms of the purchase agreement;
Assist in releasing contingencies and clearing title issues;
Locate abstracts;
Order payoffs, calculate prorations, and prepare Seller &/or Buyer Statements;
Order the deed and prepare the supporting transfer documents; and
Balance with the lender.
We can also handle cash transactions.
Our goal is to have preliminary numbers and transfer documents ready a week prior to closing.
We also assist with sending documentation out of town/state if necessary.
We are happy to work through title issues directly with Seller(s) and have 3 forms that, once completed, provide all the information we need to clear title and prepare transfer documents for closing.
