Everyone keeps asking the same question: “Should I wait for interest rates to go down?”

The truth is, today’s rates aren’t historically high — they’re actually much closer to normal levels we saw before the pandemic. The housing market has thrived many times with rates at or above where they are today.

The bigger risk isn’t rates… it’s rising home prices.

Ok friends…especially talking to my Fur baby friends, this Is for you as we sit warmly on our couch

If you havent heard if Jack Jacks-Pack this organization tugs on my heart and some day i hope to be able to do something bigger to support them but today im hoping my large reach of friends is a start

They have been non stop fielding calls to rescue abandoned dogs in this cold weather that people are purposely dumping knowing resources are thin in this weather and dint get me stated on the abuse cases they hace endured

Last night they drove an hour in sleet to rescue a german shepherd that was in a flood area wet and freeing and gave up laid amd down to die...the saved him!!

But woth reacue vet bills are running high so they need help if you can give anything please do and pass this link along to anyone who loves the fur babies 🐶

Funds tight right now? No problem…follow them and fill out an application to foster when they need it. They can rescue a dog until they have committed foster to take them too, small things help!!

I’m still wrapping my head around the fact that we officially have a teenager. Somehow, overnight, caring about how his hair is styled and spraying cologne daily became part of our routine.

Mason had the kind of birthday every kid deserves, a multi day celebration capped off with a hockey game and dinner with his best friend. Watching him soak it all in was pure joy.

A wise friend once told me that when you start counting time in terms of how many Mother’s Days or Father’s Days you have left under your roof, it hits differently. Realizing I have 5 Mother’s Days left with this one stopped me in my tracks. So I’m determined to make every single one count starting with a mom and Mason trip to NYC in 2 weeks.

Happy 13th birthday, Mason.
Despite the occasional mood swings, brotherly battles, and passionate debates about rules and boundaries, we love you endlessly and are so proud of the polite, caring, and thoughtful young man you’re becoming.

Keep being curious. Don’t ever let anyone else’s words distract you from who you’re meant to be, they don’t know your potential and we are behind you all the way!

Grateful for the recent opportunity to recently sit down for an in Studio interview with local news to talk about where the real estate market is heading and the outlook for 2026 is stronger than many realize.

For our market the November data is quietly setting the stage for renewed momentum, and we’re seeing three key indicators pointing in the right direction:

Inventory is normalizing at 6.3 months, giving buyers real choice again.
Pending sales are up 5%, a clear sign that buyer confidence is returning.
Prices are holding steady—this isn’t a crash, it’s a narrow recalibration.

Looking ahead to early 2026, I expect a more balanced market, one where transactions happen at a steady, sustainable pace rather than the frenzy we’ve experienced in recent years.

✔️ Buyers will have negotiating power.
✔️ Sellers who price competitively will find motivated purchasers.
✔️ And experienced realtors will be essential in helping both sides navigate this landscape with clarity and confidence.
The market isn’t stalling; it’s resetting.
