The memory of September 11th is forever etched in my heart and mind. It was a senseless act of cowardice that led to the tragic loss of so many American lives. As a former airline employee, I took calls from family members desperately seeking information about their loved ones on those flights. The horrifying images of planes crashing into the Twin Towers are still vivid, and my heart still sinks 24 years later.

God bless the families who lost their loved ones, and God bless America.
