Man Shot on a jog after being chased by two armed neighbors. NO CHARGES FILED against vigilantes. What a crappy message to send to the black community.

Mr. Arbery, a 25-year-old black man, was chased by armed white residents of a South Georgia neighborhood. He was shot dead during a confrontation.

An inmate who has been in the Dallas County jail since December has tested positive for the coronavirus.

It's about time the Federal Courts chimed in on this issue. Too many people don't understand all the different offenses that can get someone placed on a s*x offender registry. And sadly, that includes the knuckleheads who decided to go streaking in college but who unluckily might have run by an ill-placed kiddo on a campus, etc. Hopefully, our Texas legislature will return some discretion to our local District Attorney Offices.
