We have some exciting news to share with you, and we wanted you to hear it directly from us…
Travis Legal Offices, LLC is proud to announce that we have a new division and will be operating under the business name of “RAMPART Injury Lawyers”.

While our name is changing, the things that matter most will remain the same. We will still be the same firm, with the same attorneys and the same team that you have trusted over the years. Our office locations, our phone numbers and our approach to cases will stay EXACTLY as they are now!

So why the change? We named this firm after ourselves back in the ‘90’s because that is what every lawyer did at the time. But after 28 years of this type of work, the name never really captured the type of law that we practice. When someone calls us after a serious wreck on I-25, they’re not looking for a name on a door. They’re looking for a firm that will stand with them & their family against the insurance companies that simply do not want to pay fair compensation for claims.

That’s what RAMPART INJURY LAWYERS is about… That is what a rampart is. A wall. A line of defense. And if you have driven the I-25 corridor, you’ve seen the Rampart Range running right alongside you to the west. The name fits! You will still talk with an actual attorney when you call. That’s been true for 28 years and it will remain the same under our new name.

We will still limit our caseload on purpose. Every case still gets prepared like it will go to trial because that is the way it should be. Ultimately, the insurance companies hold the purse strings so we believe it is necessary to prepare every single case for trial from the get-go because that may ultimately be what is needed in order to obtain fair compensation on a claim.

If you are a current client, your representation will continue without interruption. Your case, your contacts and your agreements all remain with our firm. There is nothing you need to do. Travis Legal Offices, LLC is still operating just under the name Rampart Injury Lawyers. You may begin seeing the name “Rampart Injury Lawyers” on emails, letters and other communications going forward.

If you are a former client or a colleague who has referred people our way, we want you to know how much that trust has meant to us. We are proud of the relationships we have built over the years, and that is something that no name change touches.

We’re building a new website at rampartinjurylawyers.com right now. It’s not quite ready yet but it’s coming soon! And in the meantime, reach us the way you always have. Got questions? Just call. You know we’ll pick up!
