Landlord Who Got it Right 🙌🏾❤️ 2 Months Free Rent
For the holidays, Travis Johnson, a Virginia landlord, who rents out 12 homes, shocked his tenants this week with a letter saying their next 2 months of rent are completely free — no strings attached.
He said he struggled with housing instability growing up, and now that he’s in a position of stability, he wants to give families the peace he never had.
His message to tenants was simple:
