Today was a bittersweet day as the listing contest grand finale took place! We've had the best time playing bingo with our points and winning prizes. Today, they took home a huge haul!

Our grand prize winner today for having the most points throughout the contest was Julie Warfford Parrish! She took home $200 cash, a ring camera, toilet light 🤣, blood pressure monitor (how fitting for a Realtor® right now!), a Ring camera, and a silverware organizer.

Melanie Jones Mitchell finished second overall and got $100 cash plus also won a $50 gift card to Main Street Boutique.

Jenna Burton Real Estate was 3rd overall and got $60 cash. But I have to say Jenna was the luckiest Bingo player this season. Today she also got a $100 Barnes Store gift card, a rubber mallet, a $50 gift card to The Pearl on Dixie, and a set of Beats headphones.

Bill Bailey got a BBQ tool set, beach sand remover towel (perfect for our resident beach bum!) and a Puffin Koozie.

Danny Watson, Realtor took home the Shark hair dryer, a TJ Maxx gift card, and LED beanies

Cory Reck scooped up $40, nod pods, and a $50 TJ Maxx GC

Joel Morris got a box of Titleist Pro V1 golf balls, a foam roller for his back after golf, and a towel warmer for his outdoor shower. 💦

Tabi Barber Won the 2 piece Samsonite luggage set 🏝

Chris Reynolds-Realtor got a BBQ set

Mike Mashburn won the 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs ⛱

Ophelia Jiles Gaskin grabbed a the liquid IV and a $50 Bass Pro GC

Somehow Shannon Jo Sides- Realtor didn't win today (some days are just luckier than others), but she won a ton before this, so we let her sneak into the picture.

Tyler E. Hickom made his debut sales meeting after forming the Hickom Team with his beautiful wife, Bethany Hickom. We'll be seeing more of him on here!

🎯 It's that time again! It's our next to last listing contest week before the grand finale! Everyone came away winners today!

1️⃣ Big winner prize volume: Ophelia Jiles Gaskin. She took home 5 prizes including a SportBrella she'd been eying, a water meter key (Realtor® staple), the bird feeder camera 🐦🐦🐦, a TJ Maxx gift card, and a neck fan.
💲 Big winner prize amount: Jenna Burton. She got the gorgeous Kate Spade purse, the bougie Day Tripper bag, Buxom lip gloss, and a digital picture frame

Our other winners were: Danny Watson got the car tool set, Joel Morris got the Carhartt tool bag, Mike Mashburn got the grill basket, Bill Bailey won the poker chip set, Shannon Jo Sides- won the radon detector which she gave to Tabi Barber who had been wanting one. Julie Warfford Parrish got a mug warmer and a seat cushion (which she gave to Ophelia so she can see over the steering wheel of her car better 🤣) Melanie Jones Mitchell won a Screen magnifier and a heavy duty tape measure.

It really warms my heart to see people give their prizes to their friends who they know need something they won. This is the most loving group of people around. Can't wait til next week for the big stuff!!

If you see Chris Reynolds start to go through the transformation, please notify someone! Chris stayed in an Air B&B this weekend that wound up being infested by bats! Not outside, not in the attic…in the actual living space! We have since learned that bat bites often go undetected as they are mostly painless, and they found these bats after sleeping there overnight 🦇 🦇. Watch out for this guy below!

Wrapped up listing contest round 4 this morning, and we laughed so hard we had to cut the air down!

Round one was a blind round, so there was a lot of bartering going on afterwards 🤣. Round 3 saw the best prizes yet. Everyone was a winner today!

To our agents, you absolutely stand out in every way. Your kindness, professionalism, and work ethics are unparalleled. 2nd quarter numbers up almost 50% over 1st quarter. If anyone thinks it's a bad time to buy of sell, talk to one of them!

It's Jesse's day! Jesse has been with us for almost 20 years!! He is our Alabama guy, knows a whole lot about farming and land, and we always ask him to bring sweet potato soufflé to Christmas! You'd be hard pressed to meet a nicer person, and we're thankful he's part of our Metro West family.
