Must be dependable, detail oriented, and a multi-tasker.
Administrative duties include:
• Answer incoming calls
• Enter client contact information in database
• Manage firm calendar
• Receive/distribute incoming mail
• Ensure efficient overall operation of office
• Maintain client files
• Prepare correspondence
• Edit documents
• Assist with bookkeeping
• Assist attorney, as needed
Hours: 8:00 am to 2:30 pm
