I have always known that I love my real estate profession and found my second calling after 30 years in dentistry, but this letter from a dear friend and now happy client just made me realize how incredibly blessed I am to be able to help people navigate one of the most important and sometimes challenging decisions of their lives. I feel truly honored for the opportunity and grateful to have been able to help!
"I recently had to make the most important decision of my life: to sell or not to sell my fully paid for home of 26 years - that was the question.
A long-time client and friend of mine who buys and sells real estate like I buy bread at the store, said there was only one person to handle this highly sensitive situation. I valued this client's opinion on almost everything as she is one of those unusual creatures who handles life like a superhero (and on my most challenging days, I secretly wish to be her).
I already knew her answer; I had already snapped this person up (whom she was about to insist upon) as the only "go to" real estate agent:

Kandace handles and finesses deals in a way that seems so classy and understated that the opposition doesn't realize she's actually a shark in an elegant outfit.
"Isn't Kandace the bomb?" my highly-driven client rhetorically stated, more than one time in my many 'let me run this by you" emotional phone calls to her.
Now, this client is particular, very particular and you have to be completely on top of your game, whatever that game is, for her to give you a passing grade. So "the bomb" comment meant Kandace Mulvaney operates on a Fortune 500 level - and I better realize that I was damn lucky to have her.
And I was not an easy client. I was not my best self to put it lightly. Emotional might be an understatement. And Kandace handled me and my "oh my gawd, what am I doing" moments. By nature, Kandace is endlessly patient and calm - but whiley as she gently led me toward the deal she knew I should probably not turn down.
I would highly recommend Kandace to lead the way on what I consider to be a most difficult transactional experience. I would not have done well with an overtly hard-hitting, hard-selling agent, swirling me around on a dramatic rollercoaster.
