Hello all - we wanted to let you know that our office will be closed on Friday, March 31st, 2023. This closure is to finalize the move to our new location!!

Beginning Monday April 3rd, our new address will be 1961 Route 6, Suite U3, Carmel, NY 10512. This is the second floor of the office building located directly across the street from Meadowland of Carmel.

We thank you for your patience, and look forward to welcoming our clients, friends and neighbors to the new office once it is open!!

The Law Office of William A Shilling, Jr, P.C. wishes our friends, family, clients, and community a very Happy New Year. 2020 was unique, full of lessons, and a reminder of what's truly important.

The New Year is also accompanied by an important announcement for the firm. We are proud to announce that our associate attorney, Frank J. Smith III, has been named partner, and starting this week we will begin transitioning to the Law Office of Shilling & Smith, P.C.

Please know that our contact information, including email addresses and website, will remain the same. We are extremely excited to begin this new chapter, and to see what 2021 has in store!

Hello all: for the time being, the Law Office of William A Shilling, Jr, P.C. will remain open. With that said, we are taking precautions to disinfect the office and limit personal interactions.

Tables, chairs, and all other surfaces will be immediately cleaned following use. In addition, we are taking measures to utilize two conference rooms to separate buyers and sellers for closings.

At this time, we also respectfully request that ONLY principals attend closings. Limiting the number of people in confined space is extremely important, and we would like for only buyers, sellers and their attorney to be present. We are also strongly considering the use of Power of Attorney so in person attendance is not required.
