Clients and Friends of Severns & Howard Elder Law Practice,

Since 2009, Anna Howard has been key player our firm, first as associate attorney, then as partner and managing attorney. Anna’s leadership allowed Scott to ease into semi-retirement knowing that clients would continue to be served with integrity, caring and top-quality legal services as they plan for their futures and those that they most care about. So it is with no small measure of sadness that we announce that Anna is leaving the Hoosier state to move to Florida with her family. For us, it is a little like a close family member is moving far away.

Severns & Howard Clients Will Now be Served through the Law Firm of Schlueter Breman

We are very pleased to announce we have found a way to provide that continuing service to our clients through the merger of the Severns & Howard practice into the law firm of Schlueter Breman LLC. As the founder of our Elder Law practice over 35 years ago, Scott is “Of Counsel” and Jackie Jaques has joined Schlueter Breman as Senior Associate.

Elizabeth Schlueter and Rhonda Breman are caring and accomplished lawyers who have assembled a talented team to serve clients like ours. As a relatively small firm, they also provide the type of personalized service that has always been so important to us. Jackie and Scott are excited to be joining their firm.

Many of you have asked us to hold original Wills and Powers of Attorney to be delivered at the point of need. They will be safely maintained at Schlueter Breman that time and will continue to be protected by attorney-client confidentiality.
