1. It’s that time ⏰ of year to have your HVAC units serviced to ensure your furnace is good and ready for the cold 🥶 temperatures. 🌡️

2. Disconnect and drain your garden hoses from your 💧 spigots.🚰❄️🧊

3. Replace batteries🔋in all Smoke (and Carbon Monoxide if you have gas in use in your home ) Detectors. If they older than 10 years, please replace with new ones.

4. If you have a wood burning 🪵 🔥 fireplace that you use, when is the last time you had it inspected 🔍👀 and 🧹 swept? If it’s been a while, it’s fire hazard, please don’t skip this one.
