Big news: I was on TV! 📺✨

I was honored to be a guest on Senior Style, part of K**I’s Localist series (also featured on Fox 5 San Diego)! 🌟

We talked about what happens if you pass without a will, how probate can cost families both time and money, and how trusts and estate plans can protect your loved ones. I also shared why a health care directive and power of attorney are essential for every family.

✅ 2. Medical Power of Attorney – So someone you trust can talk directly with doctors if you're unable to. It’s not automatic, even for spouses!
✅ 3. Durable Power of Attorney – So someone can step in and handle legal or financial decisions if needed. Make sure it's effective immediately—not just in case of incapacity.
