$142,000 JURY VERDICT – Justice Served! ⚖️

Attorney Jake Stipp recently achieved a 142k verdict in an expedited jury trial involving two clients injured in a MIST (minor impact soft tissue) auto accident. The clients faced 5k and 6k in medical bills. Pre-trial offers from Fred Loya Insurance were 3k and 6k. After hearing the evidence, the jury awarded our clients 36k and 106k, respectively. All too often insurance companies make low-ball settlement offers to people injured through no fault of their own. At we are not afraid to go to trial to both seek fair compensation, as well as hold insurance companies accountable.
