Today. Winner in David v. Goliath?? David!!! For months we have been trying to get MediCARE to waive it's right to repayment following a PI settlement. For this particular client, it was righteous to grant a waiver. We literally just kept hammering MediCARE and today, it finally saw the light. I am thrilled for my client and trust me, none of this money goes to me. It's pure joy because it's the right decision. Helping People. It's what we do.
