We are thrilled to share some recent results of cases handled by both Attorney Stacy Wolf and Attorney Nathan Wolf.
In a juvenile finding of fact hearing (the equivalent of a bench trial in adult court), Attorney Nathan Wolf successfully presented a defense resulting in a dismissal of the simple assault charges filed against his client!
Then, as Attorney Stacy Wolf finished trial preparation for a client charged with conspiracy to forgery, she was able to convince the prosecutor that there was insufficient evidence to secure a conviction. Based on Stacy’s advocacy, the prosecutor finally agreed and withdrew the charges prior to jury selection!
Immediately thereafter, Attorney Stacy Wolf received an opinion from the court granting her motion to suppress all evidence against her client, charged with DUI, on the basis the police lacked a lawful basis to initiate a traffic stop. This decision means all evidence against her client was deemed inadmissible!
Lastly, in a civil action where Attorney Nathan Wolf was retained to handle an appeal from the Magisterial District Court’s decision, Attorney Wolf analyzed the filings that occurred prior to his involvement and was able to get the Court to strike the appeal of the opposing party in its entirety!
