We are honored to have been asked to initiate this battle on behalf of those individuals in Middlesex Township who have had the courage to stand up against an industry that seems to get what it wants, where it wants. These people are more than concerned citizens. They are the informed, invested and motivated individuals who form the backbone of community organization to lead the charge against corporate interests overtaking the planning process at the expense of a community’s welfare!

Opponents allege the project is moving forward because of illegal spot zoning, or an inconsistent change to land use ordinances specifically for the benefit of one landowner.

Congratulations to Attorney Stacy Wolf in successfully arguing for the dismissal of all counts filed against her client prior to trial on the basis that her client’s constitutional right to a speedy trial had been violated. The Court agreed and dismissed the prosecution in its entirety!

We are thrilled to announce another major land use victory! Attorneys Nathan Wolf and Bill Cluck helped secure a 3-0 denial of a variance and special exception request for a 621,000 sq ft warehouse in Hamilton Township Adams County. This building, if approved, would have been the largest in the entire county. Congratulations to the residents of Hamilton Township who fought this proposal and supported our efforts!!!

We are again so pleased to report the successful work of Nathan C. Wolf and co-counsel Bill Cluck who worked together in opposition to a proposed warehouse complex proposed next to a residential neighborhood without regard to the impacts. Nick Newcomer and the members of the Dillsburg Area Residents for Reasonable Growth made a statement to their elected representatives that they were not going to roll over without a fight! Last night, it was official - the battle was over when the plan was withdrawn by the developer. Congrats to all who battled with us!
