Thank you Newsweek for including my perspective about a topic that is extremely relevant to family law, relationships and society at large.

Changing laws that reduce financial support and asset distribution to the stay at home spouse are here to stay. The earner and breadwinner gets to walk away with a bigger share of the spoils of their labor. It is what it is.

In the event of divorce, prenups give even a greater share to the monied spouse and take away even more from the dependent spouse.

And don’t assume it is always the woman who is adversely affected.
