Bradshaw Steele is proud to announce that Paul Blake Ozbun has joined our practice.

Paul Blake was born and raised in Cape Girardeau, MO, and graduated from Cape Central High School in 2011. He is married to Ashten Ozbun, who is also a Cape Girardeau native.

After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri, Columbia, in 2015, he went on to obtain his law degree from St. Louis University in 2018.

Paul Blake maintains a general law practice, primarily focusing on estate planning, contracts, real estate law, and business transactions. He is licensed in Missouri and has been practicing in the Southeast Missouri area for many years now. Our Firm is excited to have him and his experience onboard.

Bradshaw Steele is excited to welcome our newest intern, Lauren Hussey, a rising 2L at Southern Illinois University Simmons Law School.

Born in the St. Louis area, Lauren says “Cape Girardeau has always felt like home, my parents met here 40 years ago, and our family moved to Cape during my teenage years. After completing my first summer of law school, I’m excited to spend the summer interning with the firm and continuing to build connections within the Cape community.” Outside of school and work, Lauren enjoys waterskiing, spending time outdoors, and hanging out with her cat, Puffle.

Lauren says “I’m grateful for the opportunity to learn from the attorneys here this summer, and I hope to continue building my future in Cape Girardeau after graduation.” Needless to say, we are excited to have her onboard as well!
