When I first got into real estate over 20 years ago, I realized something…
Helping people buy or sell a home wasn’t enough.
I wanted to understand everything that affects one of the biggest financial decisions a family will ever make.
So I expanded my career beyond real estate.
I became a financial planner with Northwestern Mutual and later New York Life, earning financials designations not because I wanted to leave real estate, but because I wanted to become a better advisor for the families and investors I served.
That experience completely changed the way I approach real estate today.
When I sit down with a client, I’m not just looking at the house.
I’m looking at the financial decision behind it.
I ask questions like:
• Should you buy right now, or would waiting put you in a stronger position?
• Would keeping your current home as a rental help build long term wealth?
• Is this property a good investment, or could it become a financial burden because of insurance, taxes, HOA fees, or maintenance? Or maybe it could be a great financial tool to shelter money?
• Will this purchase help your family financially five or ten years from now?
Sometimes my advice is to move forward.
Sometimes it’s to wait.
Sometimes it’s not to buy at all.
That may sound unusual coming from a Realtor, but I’d rather earn your trust than earn a commission.
For more than 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping families throughout Southwest Florida make informed real estate decisions. My goal has never been to sell the most homes, it’s been to help people make decisions they feel good about long after closing day.
As a husband, father, investor, and longtime Southwest Florida resident, I know that buying a home isn’t just about square footage.
It’s about your family’s future.
If you’re considering buying, selling, investing, or simply want an honest opinion, I’d be honored to help.
No pressure. No sales pitch. Just honest advice.
