Hello Everyone, It's the beginning of the 4th quarter and for many, sales have been few and far between. 2025 dues are coming due and some are thinking of leaving the business. If this is you, reach out and speak with us. We're straight forward***80/20 for the first 90k GCC, 90/10 over for the remainder of the year. We have no desk fees, admin fees, franchise fees, more fees. Your only fee would be $50.00 E&O for your first 6 transactions, free after that for the remainder of the year. We don't touch agent bonuses or referrals, these go 100% to the agent. (there is a $50 fee for E&O for referrals). Our company name is the way we do business, so we don't allow agents to be on both sides of a transaction. We really don't care if you sell 3 or 13 or 30 properties a year, only that every client gets the treatment you'd want someone to treat your mom. PM or call me (Tracy) if you'd like to talk.
