Sullivan & Associates PLLC, Jones Sullivan PLLC and AJ Flowers Law PC are open for business. Now we have taken precautions for our employees who depending on what they do and their own decisions are working from home. Others are in the office. Phone Calls answered as usual. The layers are not going in to the office. We are working from our home offices and meeting clients under some circumstances. Have done a few hearings on ZOOM as well as telephonic. I will predict there will be more in future. A lot of Motions for Summary Judgment are being done by submission without argument. In reality the argument is pretty much to try to give an insight into whay ou have written as the MSJ stands for itself and any argument on appeal is not even available or even looked at by the appellate Court. Bottom Line is we are in full swing for Esatate Planning and Probate matters, Family Law, Criminal Bonding and Criminal Defense. AJ with his 40+ years of experience is taking on new clients as am I in Civil Litigation and AJ as always can look at the catastrophic stuff in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death. Having handled hundreds of cases (probably 1000's) he brings a name known to Insurance Companies. Our contested Probate are actually picking up during this period. Since 2011 we have either retained or won back over 12 Million Dollars in Assets for the rightful heirs.
