Good morning! I hope everyone is safe from the overnight and morning storms. Sometimes a rainy Saturday is just what we need to slow down, relax and enjoy family time!

If today you are cleaning, organizing, going through paperwork or tying up lose ends on a divorce, mortgage loan, marriage license, school documents, power of attorney documents, authorization letters for permission to treat or any other formal documents that will need a notary seal. FACTS:

You are not required to have zoom access for remote notary services. FaceTime can be used as long as you have access to email for exchanging documents!

Remote services may seem more expensive, but if you consider the time spent locating a local notary, gas going to and from, leaving work for the appointment... You are actually saving by having your documents e-signed in a few minutes!

Remote online notarizing is the new way to go! Contact me for your appointment.

Documents required for an e-signature:

*Valid DL from the state you live in
*One witness with valid DL (this person can be in another state and join the zoom meeting)
*Be able to confirm mailing address
*Give a sworn statement as to the documents being notarized

I have been a FL Notary since 2014. I have decided to expanded my services online to make life hassle free. Remote online notary services are new and allow everyone to have documents signed via Zoom within minutes.

It’s an easy hassle free process with no contact and you are not required to be in the state of FL. I am still offering in person notary options if needed. Please like and share this page to help anyone who might need it!
