Born in Bogotá, Colombia, Sandra moved to the United States as a young child and has proudly called Georgia home for over 45 years after her family relocated from New York City. With a background rooted in customer service, she genuinely enjoys helping others and takes pride in making every client who contacts Upchurch Law feel welcomed and cared for. She is a devoted wife and mother who always puts family first, and she loves spending her free time cooking, reading, painting, hiking Georgia's scenic trails, and dancing with her husband.

We are excited to announce that Kayla Upchurch & Upchurch Law were voted 🎉Runner-Up🎉 in the Cherokee Tribune & Ledger's Best of Cherokee 2026 competition! Our firm secured 2nd place🥈in all four categories in which we were nominated (Family Law/Divorce Attorney, Individual Attorney, Overall Attorney, Overall Law Firm) out of all attorneys and law firms in Cherokee County.
