PJA has a goal to create a win win situation for both our #investors and borrower. We do this by purchasing first lien non-performing #notes of owner occupied homes. We are making relationships with banks and Hedge funds to help them removed distressed debt from their books. After some rigorous due diligence we make bids to obtain notes at a discount. This leaves room for multiple exit strategies including loan modification.
