Meet Attorney David C. Hofsess from our Canton office!

David joined KWGD in 2022 as a summer law clerk. Prior to starting with the firm as an associate in 2024, David served as a judicial law clerk in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Ohio. There he gained experience working with business and consumer bankruptcy cases, as well as with creditors’ rights matters. David practices out of the Canton and Canfield offices.

Meet Attorney Fred J. Haupt in our Canton office!

Fred began his professional career with KWGD in March of 1967 as the firm’s sixth attorney. Although his practice began in the litigation area, he quickly became focused primarily in the areas of business, contract and corporate law, estate planning/trusts, health care law and mergers and acquisitions.
