The most amazing brokerage hosted our 2025 awards dinner last night. I was honored to receive a Silver award for my personal production. I'm so grateful for the trust of my incredible clients, the partnership and support of incredible colleagues and leadership, and the love, understanding, and support of my beautiful family!

2025 was a stellar year, looking forward to more growth, learning, and achievement in 2026!

🏡 I love looking back on the year and seeing how things played out... after all, numbers don't lie. So here's a comparison of the real estate market in Stark County - 2024 vs.2025.

In a nutshell, while the average time on market for homes for sale was just a couple of days more, we listed and sold more homes in 2025, and the average sale price increased by nearly 5%. 💰
