The Fifth District Court of Appeals has unanimously upheld Judge Frank Forchione’s ruling in Minerva Dairy, Inc. v. Village of Minerva, 2025-Ohio-902. The case challenged the Village’s attempt to shut down Minerva Dairy through administrative overreach. The appellate court agreed with Judge Forchione that the Village failed to follow its own rules, denied due process, and improperly imposed draconian penalties.

We are proud to fight for Minerva Dairy and stand up for fairness and the rule of law.
