Talk Mediation Centers Talk Mediation is a full service mediation center staffed by NYS licensed attorneys, all of whom are certified in Understanding Based Mediation.

At Talk Mediation Centers, mediation is a voluntary process in which an impartial mediator helps the parties to make decisions together based on their understanding of each of their own views, the others' views and then the realities which they face. Through mutual understanding, parties find clarity not only in their own but in the other party's issues and through this clarity, they can more easily navigate collaboratively toward peaceful resolutions which are acceptable to all, and in which there is no winning or losing, only solving.
