Closing today on the Christie Estate was bittersweet. This was a home built in 1979 by Norman & Margaret Christie, and the place where they resided until their passing. It was a gorgeous gathering space for family & friends, and a warm embrace the moment you stepped inside. It holds timeless traditions & whispers tales of the past - which are now recounted through newspaper clippings & faded photographs. The Christie's were wonderful folks, and I was truly honored when given the opportunity to list this amazing home. And now...that chapter has closed, and the new owners will begin the next one.
