Chris Zivny has joined the firm as an associate attorney. Chris's practice will concentrate in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, estate planning and administration, business law and advisory services, land use, zoning and municipal law.

Prior to joining Reager & Adler, Chris completed a clerkship position with President Judge Renée Cohn Jubelirer of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania.

Chris is a graduate of Widener Law Commonwealth and lives with his wife and children in Harrisburg.

Tom Williams of the firm provided timely legal updates to construction industry professionals in a Zoom forum held April 29th hosted by the Keystone Contractors Association. Tom shared recent developments in enforcement of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage laws and advice on how to best approach effective dispute resolution during the COVID-19 impacts to court proceedings.

Tom recently took part as guest contributor in the Building PA Podcast produced by the Keystone Contractors Association (KCA). During the Podcast, Tom was asked to share his experience in assisting contractors in resolving disputes on construction projects. Tom offered many tips on negotiating helpful contract provisions and on how to approach disputes when they arise in order to obtain the best outcome.
