A HUGE congratulations to my first time buyer, who closed on her first home yesterday!!! 🏡🎉

My client was on a tight timeline. Her lease was up in just 2 months, but she didn’t want to stay stuck in the cycle of renting for another year. She was ready to start a new chapter and begin building toward her future.

A few years ago, she made the move from Brooklyn to Pennsylvania and decided this is where she wanted to put down roots and stay. We searched around, and I made sure I was available for showings any time she needed me to ensure we stayed on track to get her out of renting and into a home of her own.

A HUGE win in all of this… she secured the home for almost $17,000 under asking price, even with a competing offer involved after strong negotiations. That is a big win in today’s market!! 👏

I’m so beyond excited for her and incredibly grateful I got to be part of such an important milestone in her life. Thank you so much for trusting me throughout this journey.
