🏘 Another home sold! This home was a bit of a challenge, let me tell you......
My client found me on Facebook and loved my tag line "Listed by Day, Sold by Knight"........ 🛡
During my listing appointment I found out they were being moved to Albuquerque NM-military orders. They wanted the home on the market asap, even though they were not moving for another 2 months. Listing through the holidays was a bit of a disappointment because we had no showings. After the new year we reduced the price, took more professional pics with the house empty and staged (by me 😃) it to add a little pop of softness to the kitchen and baths. We finally ended up with a contract the was suited for the sellers. Inspections and appraisal came out good, and with the help of a great buyers agent, Annie Zhao we closed within 30 days! A big thanks to my sellers for hanging in there,

These two homes came with a long journey and a lifetime of friendships 👏
Starting back in October with listing their home in Woodcreek farms... Then to writing three contracts with 3 builders that did not come to fruition, to missing out on a house and then winning it back when the other buyers could not qualify! 😍
With these crazy, unexpected twists and turns along the way it became more than transactions, it turned into a genuine friendship. 🥂
I am so grateful to the Chappell's for trusting me not only to get there home sold but to help them purchase a new home in Harvest Ridge.
Mrs. Margaret is so smart and witty, Mr. Dennis is so funny, and always joking around-I just love being around them and learning from them, both military btw! 🇺🇸
