The Ohio Legislature recently passed laws which expand the categories of persons who are eligible to have their criminal records sealed and/or expunged. I have successfully filed a number of these applications for my clients, including the case of a client who had three felony s*x offense convictions.

This is my new secretary, Tracey Hogan. Tracey previously worked for several years at Muskingum University. She is very well qualified for this position and I am grateful to have her. My previous secretary, Elaine Warner, is working for Judge Padden. Elaine will still work part time at my office. Tracey and Elaine will be available to assist my clients with their legal needs.

During this coronavirus outbreak, my law office will remain open to serve the public. The Governor’s recent Stay at Home order classifies legal services as “essential” so my office is exempt from the order. My secretary and I are taking every reasonable precaution to protect the public from infection by cleaning the office regularly and having hand sanitizer available. Here’s the latest addition to my office. It’s a photograph of some of the wreckage of the USS Shenandoah airship which crashed in Noble County on September 3, 1925. There are three sites of the crash memorialized in Noble County.

The state of Ohio has instituted a program that will allow qualified residents who owe reinstatement fees to the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles to receive a full waiver or partial waiver of those fees. it Is an opportunity to regain your driver’s license.
