My Story and My WHY

I come from a family of realtors in New Orleans. Both my mom and dad were Realtors and so was my grandmother whom I was very close to and shared the same exact birthday as her. I grew up in as a kid in real estate offices back in the 70’s and going to real estate holiday parties with my grandmother back in the 80’s when I was selling cell phones to the agents when they first came out, tells my age. LOL.

I bought my first 1938 Victorian double in the City Park area of New Orleans and when I was in my early 20’s and lived on one side while renting out the other side, which gave me financial freedom to do what I want when I wanted and that’s when I fell in love with being a homeowner, landlord and my own boss by managing my own property. My dad was also a contractor, so we worked on my house together to fix it up and I ended up selling and flipping it when I moved to West Hollywood doubling my investment. I bought a second property in a little coastal town in England called Ramsgate which was a block away from the English Channel which turned out to be haunted due to a violent death the wasn’t disclosed to us. Therefore, we fixed and flipped that property and got the hell out of there making a decent profit.

My third house I bought in New Orleans 3 days before Hurricane Katrina that was badly destroyed, so I fixed that one and used it as a rental while still living in California and finally sold that house a few years ago because I decided to stay in California and get my license here in honor of my mom and grandmother that I loved so dearly and looked up to. I’ve lived in West Hollwood for several years, Lake Forest for several years and in San Clemente for several years and I got my Realtors license close to 5 years now and have closed many transactions and have 5 star reviews from my clients because I have and will go above and beyond to make things go as smoothly as possible. I think it’s super important to communicate and explain everything step by step to get the job done. I have experience in commercial, residential and leasing.
