🇺🇸 Happy Independence Day & Happy 250th Birthday, America! 🇺🇸

As we celebrate the Fourth of July, we also honor a remarkable milestone—America’s 250th birthday. For two and a half centuries, our nation has been shaped by the courage, sacrifice, perseverance, and hope of those who came before us.

Today is a time to reflect on the freedoms we enjoy, remember those who have served to protect them, and look toward the future with gratitude and purpose. May we continue striving to build stronger communities, support one another, and uphold the values of liberty, justice, and opportunity for all.

Wishing everyone a safe, joyful, and meaningful Independence Day filled with family, friends, and celebration.

Happy 4th of July! God bless America! 🇺🇸🎆

I’m honored and excited to share that I have been selected to participate in the 2026 Plus Cohort, Guided Journey Program with the Law School Admission Council (LSAC) —a specialized program designed to prepare participants for the LSAT and the law school application process.

This opportunity will provide structured guidance, valuable resources, and mentorship as I take this next step toward pursuing a career in law. From LSAT preparation to navigating applications and personal statements, this journey represents both growth and purpose.

I’m grateful for the opportunity and look forward to all that I will learn and accomplish through this experience. Thank you to everyone who continues to support and encourage me along the way—this is just the beginning! 💼⚖️

✨ Did You Know? Process Serving Has an Important Place in Black History Too ✨

Process serving has been part of the American legal system since its earliest days. Originally, legal documents were delivered by government officials, but as the nation grew, private process servers became essential to ensure fairness and access to justice for everyone.

🖤 Black History & the Legal System:
For Black Americans—especially during Reconstruction and the Civil Rights era—proper legal notice was powerful. It meant the right to be informed, to appear in court, and to be heard. At a time when rights were often denied or ignored, lawful service of documents helped support due process and accountability. Organizations like the NAACP relied on the legal system, and proper service, to challenge injustice, fight discrimination, and push historic civil rights cases forward.

📜 Why Process Serving Still Matters Today:
Process serving protects constitutional rights by ensuring no one is excluded from the legal process. It helps prevent unfair judgments, promotes transparency, and gives every individual—regardless of background—the opportunity to respond and stand up for themselves.

🌟 The Encouraging Part:
When someone accepts service, it’s not a setback—it’s a step forward. It keeps cases moving, supports fairness, and strengthens trust in the justice system. Today, Black-owned and minority-owned process serving businesses continue this legacy by serving their communities with professionalism, integrity, and respect.

⚖️ Process serving isn’t just about paperwork—it’s about rights, history, and justice for all.
