Every day we see more families moving to rural areas.
🦋☀️Some searching for peace, quiet, and connection with nature.

🚜🌾Some others to get bigger houses at lower prices, like this 4 bed on an acre, corner lot for $265k;

💸💰but many do it as a strategy to get into a house with a Rural Development loan, that allows for no downpayment, and lower interest rates in some cases.

Either way, it’s always a very pleasant experience to walk these properties, exploring hidden gems in Michigan, and helping families find the perfect house for them.
