Proud to have Lane Friedman of Bakh Law Group joining Adam Savin of SHK Law for an upcoming MCLE presentation on navigating workers’ compensation liens and third-party tort claims.

This one-hour program will cover the practical and strategic issues that arise when an injured client may pursue recovery through both the workers’ compensation system and a third-party personal injury claim.

MEET THE TEAM ➡️:
Jonathan Bakhsheshian, Esq. is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Bakh Law Group, PC. With more than a decade of experience, Jonathan has dedicated his career to representing individuals and families in personal injury, wrongful death, and complex civil matters.

He founded BLG to build a firm centered on strong advocacy, personal attention, and results—while making sure every client feels supported throughout the process.

A UCLA honors graduate, Jonathan earned both his Juris Doctor and Master of Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University, where he developed the negotiation, mediation, and litigation skills that continue to shape his approach to every case.

Jonathan is also a published legal author and educator. His work has appeared through organizations and publications including the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, Consumer Attorneys of California, Plaintiff Magazine, Advocate Magazine, and multiple law schools and bar associations.

Please join us in welcoming Sarah Narvaez to Bakh Law Group, PC as our Junior Case Manager. Sarah brings valuable experience handling complex claims, catastrophic injury matters, consumer representation, insurance coverage issues, and the day-to-day challenges that come with guiding clients through the legal and medical process.
With her attention to detail, persistence, and client-focused approach, Sarah plays an important role in helping ensure our clients feel supported, informed, and cared for from the beginning of their case through resolution.

🌟 Feature Friday: Jonathan Bakhsheshian 🌟

For nearly eight years, Jonathan has been a driving force in CAOC—starting from his very first year as a lawyer! Recruited as a law student at a CAOC presentation, he quickly became a dedicated advocate for mentoring and growing the next generation of trial lawyers.

🤝 Mentorship. In the past five years, Jonathan has presented over twenty times at Southern California law schools. He's also volunteered 100+ hours mentoring law students and assisting with post-bar job placement. Currently, he employs three law students who attended CAOC lectures.

🎓Education. Jonathan believes in sharing what you know. He's published numerous articles in CAALA's Advocate and CAOC's Forum magazines on legal strategies and case law updates. We flipped through the archives and even found a 2018 article co-authored with Anthony Ellis on government tort liability!

🏛️ Giving Back to CAOC. A big supporter of all-things CAOC, Jonathan deeply believes in our mission. That's why he supports phone drives to renew memberships and bring more law students into the community. He also helped create CAOC's Law School Outreach Committee and the post-bar job placement portal.

Jonathan is committed to strengthening the pipeline for future trial lawyers and ensuring young advocates have the resources they need to succeed. Thank you, Jonathan, for your leadership and dedication.
