Pizza Doxing.....

Jonathan Mark Miller admitted sending pizza orders to the homes of two judges. The case is seen as part of a rise in threats against the judiciary.

On Wednesday, the 11th and 17th Judicial Circuits jointly issued new administrative orders regarding the disclosure and verification of AI-generated court submissions.

“Our Administrative Order states that all citations, factual claims and conclusions must be verified and that those using AI must guard against potential plagiarism, confidentiality breaches, inaccurate information false information, hallucinations and the use of inappropriate language,” 17th Circuit Chief Judge Carol-Lisa Phillips said.

Both orders reaffirm that the technology may be used for court submissions, but stress that “All information generated by AI must have appropriate human oversight that includes checking citations, verifying factual claims, and analyzing conclusions.”

New admin order for governing technology. I recommend that there is one unified admin order for the State, and not each circuit for the disclosure of AI. If your filing documents outside your circuit you must check the county and circuit admin orders as they are not all the same.

In an administrative order issued May 7, the Florida Supreme Court has ordered all 20 of Florida's judicial circuits to establish formal technology governance committees. These committees would help promote "consistent practices and procedures."
