I STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting a home inspection! A property doesn't pass or fail an inspection; it provide the current condition of the various systems and feature of the property. Inspections reports can identify areas that could be safety concerns, issue that need immediate attention, and items you may need to replace/update a couple years down the road. Inspection reports are sometimes used in negotiations with the seller. Always ask questions! IT's a Great Way to FIND ANSWERS!
