We reconnected when they attended a first-time homebuyer class I was teaching in Woburn.
At the time, they weren't ready to buy a home. They were simply ready to learn.
A few months later, they reached out for a buyer consultation. We talked through their goals, budget, search areas and what the home-buying process would look like. Once they felt prepared and confident, we started touring homes.
With every home they viewed, we learned a little more about what was important to them. We had honest conversations about the pros, cons and potential concerns so they could make informed decisions every step of the way.
When the right home came along, we put together a strong offer that was accepted in a multiple-offer situation. From there, we navigated inspections, negotiations, and even a last-minute hiccup before closing. The good news? Challenges are part of the process, and having the right team and resources can make all the difference.
Now here they are—standing in front of their new home and starting an exciting new chapter.
