Only in San Francisco… ✨🏡

At first glance, this looks like one grand, elegant San Francisco home — especially the beautiful historic-style architecture on the left.

But the story goes that the house eventually became two very different homes… because the sisters who owned it simply couldn’t get along. 😆

So instead of one harmonious family home, we now have a fascinating architectural “sibling rivalry” standing side by side — one full of old-world charm, dramatic details, and classic character; the other transformed into a completely different style.

That’s what makes San Francisco so special: every block has a story, every building has a personality, and sometimes even family drama becomes part of the city’s architecture.
