Saw an interesting article today, and it reminded me how dynamic this time of year is. I’m currently preparing five exceptional homes debuting in January in Millbrae, Burlingame, Belmont, and two in San Mateo. Exciting things ahead as we welcome the new year.

U.S. homebuyers will start to get some relief in 2026, with affordability improving as income growth outpaces home-price growth. Next year will mark the beginning of a long, slow recovery for the housing market.
