🏡 50+ HOUSES. FOUR TRANSACTIONS. AND OF COURSE… THEY PICKED THE ONE HOUSE I DIDN’T TOUR WITH THEM. 😂😂

These two are officially on transaction #4 with me, and this time we went on a HOUSE HUNTING MARATHON. 🏃‍♀️🏡

Over 50 homes toured.
Countless conversations.
“Maybe this one?”
“Nope.”
“Okay, what about this one?”
“Absolutely not.” 😂

We searched high and low trying to find THE ONE.

And then… they found it.

Without me. 🤦‍♀️😂

Yep. After all those showings, the ONE house that stole their hearts was the one I didn’t get to tour with them. AND STILL HAVENT SEEN, so even this photo is AI generated 🤣🤣🤣

But honestly, I couldn’t be happier for them. ❤️ Because after so many transactions together, I already know what matters to them, what they love, what they absolutely do NOT want, and apparently… when to go find their dream house (or at least their house for now) without their Realtor. 😂

Handling multiple home sales and purchases together over the last several years is something I don’t take for granted. The trust, the laughs, the crazy house tours, the negotiations, and now another set of keys — that’s the part of this business I love most.
